UK Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. In the UK we offer a complimentary returns service via CollectPlus.
All you need to do is:
- Fill in the returns form.
- Return items in their original condition, tags and packaging included.
- Package it up in its original box (or any other rigid box) and stick the returns label on created from the online form.
We aim to process exchanges, returns and refunds as fast as we can but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We don't currently offer free international returns but we do offer an extended returns period for our international customers. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
If you wish to exchange something in your order, you can either place a new order online for the replacement item if you are in a rush for your product, then return what you don’t want to keep as above. When exchanging in this way, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form.
If you are happy to wait, you can simply return your order and email email@example.com requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock allowing.
